Luckily, there are a few small lifestyle tweaks students can make to offset the negative effects of stress and increase productivity. Do you crave chocolate when you’re studying? If so, try this delicious recipe for home made peanut butter cups. By using milk chocolate and natural peanut butter, you will fill the sugar craving AND avoid the notorious post-junk food crash.
